Attorney James D. Attorney James D. Corbo's entire 12 year career has been focused on Massachusetts criminal defense and juvenile defense.  After graduating cum laude from Suffolk University in 1997, Attorney Corbo was selected out of over one hundred applicants for one of six law year-long clerkship positions with the Massachusetts Juvenile Court.  Attorney Corbo assisted Massachusetts Juvenile Court judges throughout the state with legal research and the drafting of juvenile court decisions and he gained valuable juvenile law experience.  Following the clerkship, he worked as an associate at a small criminal defense law firm in Lynn for two years before opening his current criminal defense law practice in 2000.  In 2004, he was selected for a scholarship to attend the prestigious two-week intensive National Criminal Defense College trial training program with participants from throughout the country.  Attorney Corbo has served as a supervisor of juvenile defense attorneys for the Norfolk County and Suffolk County bar advocate program (private attorneys who accept court appointed juvenile cases).  Attorney Corbo has presented at several criminal defense and juvenile defense legal education programs and is actively involved in the greater Boston criminal defense and juvenile defense legal community.  Some of his criminal defense and juvenile law cases have been featured in major new publications and on local television news programs.
